The buildings of Laguna Bay Villas are similar in many respects if not identical to the following condos nearby at Island Club, Villas at Somerset, Sweetwater Club, Royal Palm Bay, Windsor Palms etc. With easy access to the US 192 allowing you to eat, drink and be merry at shops and restaurants at Liberty Village with Kissimmee 'Old Town' next door and a playground/amusements for the children and of course adults. From the 'Old Town' follow International Drive (or try Water Mania and Arabian Nights) up to Seaworld including Discovery Cove to swim with the Dolphins and up to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Be sure not to miss out on shopping at Belz discount centres. A Walmart supercentre can be used for all your shopping needs and is found by taking a right on exiting Laguna Bay Villas and then one mile south for a left turn into Oren Brown Road, carry along to Medieval Times and then Walmart is on your right. It's 3 minutes in the car! Need to know something - ask a member of staff in the clubhouse at Laguna Bay Villas!!

From Orlando International Airport it's less than 30 minutes to Laguna Bay Villas, and less than 1 hour from Sanford International Airport.
DIRECTIONS FROM ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Proceed west on 528 Beeline Expressway to I4 west and then exit from I4 on SR535. Go south on SR535 to Poinciana Boulevard. Take right onto North Poinciana Boulevard heading south over the US192. About 2 miles down on right hand side make right into Laguna Bay Villas. Follow the circle round to building 5004 and #54 is upstairs and also #48 is upstairs.

The property has a door entry key box and the site is security patrolled at night. The villa features a King size master bedroom, a Queen size double bedroom, a twin (two single beds) bedroom and a sofa-bed futons sleeping 2 in the living room sleeping a maximum of 8 people. There is also a cot for infants. The villas have air conditioning & central heating while the living room and master bedroom have ceiling cooling fans. There is cable T.V and videos in the living room, master bedroom and second bedroom. Linen and towels are provided.
Living / Dining Room
The spacious living / dining room features a lovely arched bay window and includes cable T.V, video player, cd player, audio tape player, radio and cooling fan. You can rent videos and playstations from the clubhouse overnight to keep you entertained. There are two sofas (one of them a sofa-bed for 2) that provide seating for 8. Adjacent is the dining table with seating for 6. There is also a high chair for younger infants. A fax machine and photo printer are at desk workstation for use if desired in condo #54.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven + hob, microwave, dish washer, kettle, toaster and usual kitchen gadgets. Washing machine and clothes dryer are in hallway large open cupboard. There is also a telephone in the kitchen.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is King size and has an adjacent en-suite with toilet, shower and wash hand basin. There is also a hair dryer wall mounted next to the mirror, so no need to pack yours. This room in #54 overlooks the swimming pool, tennis, children's play area with slides etc, BBQ area, etc. Also in the room is a telephone, cable T.V, radio/alarm clock and ceiling fan.

2nd Bedroom
The 2nd bedroom in #54 is Queen size and has a radio/alarm clock, large wardrobe and other furniture etc.

Main Bathroom
The main bathroom is next to the twin room off the hallway and has a bath + shower, a wash hand basin with cupboard and a toilet. There is also a wall mounted hair dryer next to the mirror so there is no need to bring yours.

Other Facilities
Adjacent to the villa, the swimming pool & jacuzzi tub, is the clubhouse open 08.00 to 23.00 that provides various amenities. At the clubhouse there is a cafe/bar, games room and kids arcade. There is also an exercise room and sauna in the clubhouse. Barbecues and seating are also available for use adjacent to the swimming pool.
In the lockable door cupboard at #54 at entrance door there are swimming pool floats, lilos, beach balls, pair of tennis racquets and balls etc and BBQ stuff. A lockable safe is provided for your valuables in the bedroom and its key is in the condo, upon your arrival.

Besides the major theme parks to visit there are other activities in the near by area. These include swimming, walking, tennis, softball, golf, fishing, cycling, exercise gym, shopping, flea market, entertainment, hot tub, etc. (See location map and theme parks guide.) A ring binder folder in condo gives an indication of the many varied activities around surrounding area. On Saturday night go to Kissimmee Old Town beside marker 9, on the US192 (where the large wheel is located) and see the vintage/antique cars on parade around 8pm.

Just up the road there is TGI Fridays, Perkins, Ponderosa, Shells Seafood, Outback Steakhouse, Uno, Chillis Rest., etc
Golf
Golf courses are easily accessible in the vicinity for golfers and non-golfers! (enquire for full details). Some examples; Celebration, Falcon's Fire, Kissimmee, Hawks Landing, Orange County, Grand Cypress, The Oaks, Hunter's Creek, Buena Ventura, Champions Gate and many more!
